Main topic of the thesis focuses on an approach of Project Management, aimed at the costs and times planning of the architectural project, through mainly the Priced Bill of Quantity and the Last Planner® System, and not only. Based on the revisiting of the architect role, as well as the director of the entire building process, main objective of this thesis work is to demonstrate empirically, the potential of the two tools used at the same time. These were applied to a real case of definitive architectural design project, as well as an innovative school complex in Santa Maria a Vico (CE), in Campania. The results, although empirical, lead to positive reflections and observations, in terms of Efficiency, Waste Reduction and Times - Costs.
